		<description>Great article! I have to disagree with number #4, at least in my own experience as a user. I&#039;ve found it common enough that I&#039;ve retrained myself to expect links that I know are to external sites to open in a new window/tab. When they don&#039;t, I get annoyed, navigate back, and right click (actually ctr+click, since I&#039;m usually on a Mac) to select open in new tab. It makes it a lot easier, especially if I&#039;m looking at lists of resources, and I want to open several links for reading later. 

Perhaps I am not the average user.</description>
